Returns & Exchanges

At Bumpboxx, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your audio gear. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your Bumpboxx in its original packaging, including all cables, microphones, and accessories that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
