How long does it take to ship my Bumpboxx?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is the return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all hardware. Items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Does my unit come with a warranty?
Yes, all new Bumpboxx units include a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and hardware malfunctions under normal use.
Can I pair multiple speakers together?
Many of our newer models feature TWS (True Wireless Stereo) technology, allowing you to sync two speakers for a wireless left and right channel experience.
